About Oliver Pulleyblank
Oliver Pulleyblank is the founder and principal of Pulleyblank Law.
Oliver worked from 2011 - 2018 as a litigator with the Department of Justice in Vancouver, where he focused on administrative, environmental and constitutional law. Oliver acted in a wide array of matters, including matters relating to personal injury, copyright, real property, contract, natural resource, and security clearance matters. Oliver has broad courtroom experience, having successfully argued cases in the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, British Columbia Supreme Court, and British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Previously, Oliver worked as a judicial law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, for Chief Justice McLachlin, and at the British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Oliver was called to the British Columbia bar in March 2011. Oliver holds a B.A. from McGill University and a LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (Allard School of Law).
Oliver is an adjunct professor of law at Allard School of Law, where he teaches public law and environmental law.
